On Tuesday, March 15th, 2011, at 11 AM Nathan Deal will sign the death certificate for the HOPE scholarship. Born in 1993, the HOPE scholarship was introduced to this world to assist low-income students in attending college and universities. Over its lifetime, more than a million students benefited from its existence. At the young age of 18, the HOPE scholarship was brutally murdered by Nathan Deal and his vicious gang of Georgia politicians. These murderers are easily identified in a crowd by their suits, ties, and toupees. These violent offenders lack of melanin and logic.
Dealing a massive blow to students across the state, particularly people of color and working students, Deal’s cuts to the HOPE scholarship will forever change the future of Georgia students. These cuts hurt the lives of countless students, including current college students.
On Tuesday, March 15th, at 8:30 PM students from across the state of Georgia will gather together to mourn the loss of the HOPE scholarship.
